The hotel is in an amazing location, though the rooms are old-fashioned. I had the misfortune to occupy one of these, but they were clean. The service was very friendly, responsive, and helpful overall, yet there was an unprofessional and rude behavior in the restaurant. The location is quaint and typical for a Polish mountain town, with some ups and downs in proximity. The dining experience was really good, with a wide assortment of delicious options. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
